Live online group coaching call tailored to this group’s questions and needs. Monthly members can submit questions to deepen understanding of psychological process, exercise science, and nutrition and we’ll answer them. If you have a question, you aren’t the only one with it. During this call we answer questions and also give new tools to help you optimize your life using psychological theory and understanding of why we do what we do.
Monthly meditation to practice and incorporate into your regular meditation practice. Meditation is shown to help decrease emotional dysregulation, increase focus, deepen sleep, and balance our stress.
