My mission is to empower individuals—especially high-achieving leaders and ADHD entrepreneurs—to transform their lives by aligning psychology, physiology, and spirituality.

Through evidence-based strategies and embodied practices, I help people uncover what’s missing, build the skills they need, and operationalize personal transformation.

I meet each client where they are and guide them toward resilience, vitality, and purpose-driven success by activating the full potential of their biology, mind, relationships, and spirit.

A little about me

I envision a world where individuals and leaders reconnect with their innate wisdom through the integration of psychology, movement, and nutrition.

My work empowers clients to transform stress into strategy, build resilience, and embody their full potential—mind, body, and spirit. By honoring the complexity of being human, I help people become the clearest, strongest version of themselves.

I am a licensed psychologist, licensed addiction counselor, certified personal trainer, and certified nutrition coach. My clinical practice seeks to capitalize on the positive impact of physical exercise for psychological health.

To inspire, motivate, and help you become balanced and brave.

Dr. Stacy was so helpful in the process, especially bringing in the somatic piece and her trust in the wisdom that is in my body, my experience. Her skill at asking the right questions really has been transformative for me in terms of how I operate in the world and in my life

Psychology Client

Why Work With Dr. Stacy?

With over 25 years of experience blending psychology, kinesiology, and somatic practices—and more than two decades as a business owner—I’ve dedicated my life to understanding how people grow, heal, and lead.

I’m also deeply rooted in spiritual practice. For the past 20 years, I’ve studied global spiritual traditions, explored the human experience of spirit, and worked with integrative practices that foster connection and collaboration. When we apply a spiritually informed, systems-level lens to business, we don’t just build better products and services—we create organizations that actively improve our communities.

You’ve built success. Now it’s time to build you—the version of yourself that’s clear, grounded, focused, and fully alive. At StacyRD, we help high-performing professionals become more effective, embodied, and connected—so they can lead from a place of purpose, clarity, and wholeness.

What I Do:

I help people operationalize who they want to become. As a psychologist, movement expert, and nutrition coach, I guide clients through a proven, integrative framework that blends mind-body science with practical lifestyle strategies to create powerful, lasting change.

Whether you’re an executive with ADHD, a purpose-driven entrepreneur, or a seeker ready to reclaim your inner fire, I meet you where you are—and walk with you toward the version of you that’s waiting to emerge.

The Framework:

I work with six core human domains:

  • Biology – Epigenetics, hormones, and how your body stores experience

  • Physiology – Energy, inflammation, stress recovery, and gut-brain health

  • Neurology – Nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, and trauma integration

  • Psychology – Identity, habits, executive function, emotional resilience

  • Sociology – Relationships, community, and systems of support

Let’s build your next chapter—together.

This is more than coaching. It’s human optimization rooted in science, spirit, and strategy. Let’s begin.

My   philosophy …

I see my role as a collaborator in your transformation. You already carry the blueprint for the life you’re meant to live—my job is to help you decode it and bring it to life. Humans are wired for connection, regulation, and growth. When you’re supported by someone who sees your potential clearly, you begin to move with greater clarity, confidence, and purpose.

I’m here to help you shift from the life you were handed to the life you’re here to create.

Lasting change isn’t built in chaos—it’s built in balance. That balance looks different for everyone, but it always includes the fundamentals: nourishing food, deep rest, meaningful movement, aligned relationships, mental clarity, and spiritual connection.

I specialize in helping high-performing individuals—especially those with ADHD, anxiety, or big vision—build embodied systems for resilience, vitality, and aligned success using psychology, movement, and nutrition. Together, we’ll design a life that functions at the speed of your potential.

Research

My research interests include how the endocrine system, heart rate variability, ATP, musculature, skeletal system, and the microbiome are impacted by both psychological stress and physical exercise and how physical activity may work to address both mental and physical symptoms for comprehensive health.

Many who suffer from psychological stressors also suffer from coexisting health disorders like obesity, high blood pressure and diabetes management. I seek to find non-medical answers to treat this co-morbidities.

Below is the model I use to orient my psychology work

Blending my two careers into one has taught me that the body and mind are not separate and that I can address experience through both to help heal dysfunctional physical or psychological patterns.

The more I work with people using energy systems, the more I realize that one way into our experience is manipulating our “work” load. As we work on pushing up against our anaerobic threshold we can learn to expand our arousal level and increase our ability to self regulate.
