My Channels For More Inspiration

On my Youtube, Spotify Therapy Playlist, and Pinterest Channels, I curate content to help inspire you to live your best lives and keep reaching toward your goals even when I’m not available or we are not working together in session. Enjoy!

On this playlist I add songs I think might help people distract, change perspective, and help change their thinking and feeling patterns in the moment.

As with anything, not every song or idea will work for everyone. If you find that it doesn’t work for you, skip it. It does not mean there is anything wrong with you or with me, we just might have a different feeling about a song, lyrics, or a different past experience related to the song, melody, content, or concepts in it. Take care to protect yourself. If a song is triggering, do not listen to it. Use what works for you, leave what doesn’t behind.

Here I have a number of playlists curated to help you stay focused on your goals and gather information from a number of different sources so you can stay inspired, motivated, and make the best decisions for your goals.

Find inspirational quotes, workouts, images, and infographics you can use to create your own life goal virtual vision boards. Images are one of the quickest ways to impact your emotional state and shift your mood. Use the power of yours wisely. Find things that make you feel happy, inspired, and uplifted. Then come back to them again and again when you need a mood or confidence boost.

At times my schedule is full and I am unable to take on new clients for a period of time. In the event this is the case when you call, please review this list.

Most find that working to eliminate those factors and optimize sleep patterns is well worth the effort — but it is important to know just where to start. Luckily, it is easy to make this change with help from this guide. Here’s all everyone needs to know about improving sleep quality with smart bedroom upgrades and simple lifestyle changes.
