I work to respond to messages within 2 business days, if you have not heard back from me within 2 business days, please reach out again. Something may have gone wrong with the original message delivery, and I may not have gotten it.

Please note:  

• I check and respond to my business phone, text messages, secure messages via the portal, and email during office hours.
• My office manger works part time and my availability to respond to messages during office hours is dependent on my scheduled appointments.
• The secure message feature in your client are not an instant messaging system, but are HIPPA secure.
• I do not check my work email, text, secure message portal, or business phone on weekends, evenings and outside of office hours.
• I cannot do therapy over regular email as it is not HIPPA compliant.
• Psychology Treatment and Insurance Billing are only available in the US state of Colorado.
