Working With Dr. Stacy

I work with clients who are ready to make changes happen. Programs are built individually for you – Your needs, goals, and desired level of accountability. Together we determine your needed level of support and consultation to create a custom program for you.

Individualized transformational programs include a combination of consultation sessions, customized movement, and exercise programs, nutrition coaching, and psychological review of goals, life assessment, and success plan created just for you. Plus, private chat, program accountability, and text support between sessions. You have access to my years of experience and education to create a life designed just for you.

We work together to customize your program to be what you need to stay inspired and on track so you aren’t stressed out by the prospect of living a vibrant, embodied, and rich life.

I work with those who are ready to put themselves first in their well-being and are committed to making the time and effort required for behavior and psychological change.

Individually curated programs start at a three-month, 3-session personal investment experience to work with Dr. Stacy.

This 5-week program Another 6 Daze of Strength builds on the 6 Daze of Strength Training Package. However, it also works as a stand-alone program or as the 1st 6 Daze of Strength Program you do. This program breaks your workouts into a pull, push, leg, and core day with a rest day between each 4-day group.

12 Week At Home Workout Program

This At Home Workout Program is designed to keep you moving toward your goals feeling joyful and excited, instead of bogged down with one more thing to add to your to-do list. Taking care of yourself shouldn’t be a chore.

If you are stuck for time or simply can’t make it to the gym? Our No Excuses At Home Workout program has you covered! 12 weeks worth of workouts consisting of bodyweight and banded movements, psychological well-being focus points, plus meditations to keep you accountable and on track. All of this can be completed from the comfort of your living room or wherever you want to workout.

Your Mind is made in your gut. Research now shows us over and over how important nutrition is to our psychological and physical wellbeing.

However, it can be hard to know what to eat and stay motivated to create the meals you need to feel your best.

That’s where we come in. We’ve taken the guess work out of what to eat and put it all in one place to help you stay inspired.

All Sessions Start with an Intake

Our first session will be an intake session. In this session, we will review your treatment needs, goals and personal history. This will help you make sure you get appointments when it best fits your schedule and time lines for your treatment.

In the event you would like to get started before I have a new client opening, I have provided a list of resources with a local therapist referral list on this page to help you get the treatment you need.

Prior to beginning your work with us, I will ask you to review the practice policies, informed consent, and privacy policy through your client portals (hardcopies are available in the office if needed). Please plan to review these documents prior to your first appointment and we can review any questions together. This will save you paperwork time in our first session helping you get the most face-to-face time with me during our intake appointment.

Current Clients:

The online scheduling calendar and messaging system for behavioral health is provided via a HIPPA-secure website.

Current clients can create a client profile, request appointments, and cancel or change appointment times.

The front desk staff at Studio B will be able to review your appointment request and approve or offer an alternative to the requested appointment times. Reminders are sent via email and text messaging.
