Please Note: 

  • I check and respond to my business phone, text messages, secure messages via the portal, and email during office hours.
  • My office manger works part time and my availability to respond to messages during office hours is dependent on my scheduled appointments.
  • The secure message feature in your client are not an instant messaging system, but are HIPPA secure.
  • I do not check my work email, text, secure message portal, or business phone on weekends, evenings and outside of office hours.
  • I cannot do therapy over regular email as it is not HIPPA compliant.
  • Psychology Treatment and Insurance Billing are only available in the US state of Colorado.

I work with clients who are ready to make changes happen. Programs are built individually for you – Your needs, goals, and desired level of accountability. Together we determine your needed level of support and consultation to create a custom program for you.

Individualized transformational programs include a combination of consultation sessions, customized movement, and exercise programs, nutrition coaching, and psychological review of goals, life assessment, and success plan created just for you. Plus, private chat, program accountability, and text support between sessions. You have access to my years of experience and education to create a life designed just for you.

We work together to customize your program to be what you need to stay inspired and on track so you aren’t stressed out by the prospect of living a vibrant, embodied, and rich life.

I work with those who are ready to put themselves first in their well-being and are committed to making the time and effort required for behavior and psychological change.

Individually curated programs start at a three-month investment experience to work with Dr. Stacy. Together we create the perfect program for your transformation. Consultation Required to Begin. Together we’ll determine your personal plan and timeline.

All Studio B Sessions Start with an Intake

Whether you are looking to join me for one of my signature Embodied Gnosis Method™ programs or to participate in psychology treatment with one of our Studio B professionals. 

The first session will be an intake session. In this session, you will review your treatment needs, goals and personal history with your provider. This will help you make sure you get appointments when it best fits your schedule and time lines for your treatment.

You fill out our contact form, or call Studio B (970-422-1761) to inquire about one of Studio B’s team members providing behavioral health treatment and psychology services, personal training, life coaching, or nutrition guidance.

Prior to beginning your work with Studio B, we will ask you to review the practice policies, informed consent, and privacy policy through your client portals (hardcopies are available in the office if needed). Please plan to review these documents prior to your first appointment and we can review any questions together. This will save you paperwork time in our first session helping you get the most face-to-face time with me during our intake appointment.
