This is a spicy mix! If you don’t like spice, don’t add as much cayenne, or red pepper flakes)
• 4+ tablespoons chili powder (I used the extra spicy mix)
• 2 teaspoons ground cumin
• 1 teaspoon curry powder
• 1/2+ teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1 tablespoon Red Pepper Flakes - Add all canned goods + Chicken broth to the pot
• I LOVE tomatoes so I used a can of “whole tomatoes” which means I have to cut these before I add them to the mix. - Add jalapenos if you want more kick!
- Taste the mix
The flavors will be stronger as the blend together but I almost always add a little bit more of everything at this point. - Set your Instapot to “Slow Cook”
